Activated sludge from the treated effluent is separated in settling tanks which are installed next to the aeration chamber. A well-known technique is offered for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus, which involves nitrification and denitrification as well biological phosphorus removal.

TECHNOLOGICAL SCHEME

RECEPTION CHAMBER Runoff water flows through the entry path, then into the self-cleaning filter in the sand chamber. The sand is separated and is poured onto the sloping walls where the axle-free screw is located. Sand is then transported into the tank, where the screw conveyor enter into the container. Small particles of insoluble substances and fats may be directed to flow down the tray if located on the surface of water or channeled through the output sluice. The entire process is fully automated and controlled by a program from the ground level control system. Using the keyboard, you can also work in manual mode.

COMBINED MECHANICAL CLEANING PLANT Untreated sewage is treated in an integrated structure of pre-purification, which consists of a cleaning filter, pumps, grease traps and a sand filter. The width of the interstices (gaps) of the cleaning filter- 3 mm. The deposits are removed in a container adapted for the collection of sediment and sand, and are transported by truck.

ANAEROBIC and ANOXIC CHAMBERS Anaerobic Chamber is divided into partitions separating the descending and ascending flows, which provide hydraulic agitation. The first branch of the anaerobic chamber receives runoff from the distribution chamber and the mixture of denitrified sludge from the other chamber(A). That chamber is divided into partitions separating the descending and ascending streams. The mixture of sludge from the anaerobic chamber flows into the first branch of the chamber A. These are equipped with circulation pipes, which by means of airlift pumps return sludge from the bottom of the secondary clarifier into the first compartment of the camera efficiently mixing the contents.

AERATION CHAMBER The mixture of sludge from chamber A flows into the aeration chamber. At the bottom of the aeration chamber membrane air diffusers are mounted. They use an elastic membrane. Effectiveness of oxygen transfer membrane is 18gr02 / (m-m 3).

SECONDARY SEDIMENATION TANKS A mixture of sludge from the aeration chamber flows into the secondary settling tank. Each secondary settling tank contains sludge removal zones. The units of the secondary settling tanks are vertical, of the Dortmund type. Activated sludge from the aeration chamber enters the secondary settling tank through an opening. Below the sludge removal area, an air-lift pipe is mounted, which provides circulation of the sludge and internal circulation.

BLOWERS The air for aeration and airlifts in bioreactors is supplied by blowers made by known European manufacturers. Air control is automatic with blowers mounted in a specialised technological building.

Also, we always provide for the possibility of remote access. All hardware and software is certified on the territory of the Customs Union, which is confirmed by certificates and declarations of conformity of the Customs Union.

MICROFILTER Almost clean runoff is further cleaned in a small-cell filter, where the remaining suspension is removed and the water becomes crystal clear.

BUILDING At the request of the customer, the treatment facilities are made of the indoor type and are located inside the technological building.
